    A fix is being implemented for this incident.

    A fix has been made to the Springbrook Cloud application to resolve the CivicPay backend processing issue. There was no issue accepting or processing the payments, but there is a delay in posting the record of those payments to Springbrook Cloud ERP customers. Customers will see those payments post as that backlog is cleared.
