Incident Summary We identified a temporary issue affecting one of our API endpoints, which caused some requests to return 5XX errors. Timeline Start time: April 8, 17:50 (GMT+3) Duration: ~15 minutes Impact A subset of API requests may have failed during this period. Resolution The issue has been resolved, and the service is operating normally.
Timeframe: 09:00–17:00 (GMT+2) During this period, Save Data actions worked correctly and member data was updated as expected. However, the updates did not trigger the corresponding “Member Update Events.” The issue has been resolved, and both Save Data processing and event triggering are now functioning normally.
We are currently experiencing an issue that is causing slowness in the dashboard. The issue began on February 11, 2026 at 12:53 PM IST.
