      We are currently investigating an issue with our event processing service that began on June 3 at 14:45 GMT+3. As a result of this issue: Promotions are not being triggered. Missions may not be visible to users. New events are currently not being processed as expected. Our team is actively working to identify the root cause and restore full functionality. We will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available. ETA 15 minutes
