SUMMARY We identified an issue where incorrect monthly usage emails were sent to a majority of payee customers in the USA environment. The February usage report sent on March 7 contained incorrect credit counts due to a system glitch in the report generation process. IMPACT Customers who received the February usage email may have seen incorrect credit usage totals in their report. This issue affected email reports only and did not impact actual billing, account balances, or platform usage data. CURRENT STATUS We are currently regenerating the February usage reports with corrected data. Customers are advised to disregard the previous February usage email received earlier and refer to the corrected report once received.

We are currently investigating a widespread service disruption impacting all operations across platform. Our engineering teams have identified that the issue is related to instability within the underlying infrastructure layer, which is causing intermittent failures across services. As a result, some customers may experience delayed responses, failed actions, or intermittent availability when interacting with the platform. Issue Summary We are currently investigating an issue affecting message visibility and synchronisation within Converse Desk. For some customers, messages may not appear delayed in conversation threads and may not reflect the latest activity. Our initial investigation indicates there s no issue in sending or receiving messages and it is only an inconsistency between backend message records and the Converse Desk.
