Identified - We have identified the issue that is impacting your SMS services. The root cause has been confirmed to be an infrastructure outage at our carrier's third-party data centre. The following services are currently impacted with degraded performance: SMS API Messages API (SMS channel) Verify (SMS channel) Verify V2 (SMS channel) We have applied initial mitigations, including rerouting traffic for some affected regions. Messages that are currently queued will be delivered once full connectivity is restored. We are actively working with our third-party provider to restore full service as quickly as possible.
