    Identified - We have identified the issue that is impacting your SMS services. The root cause has been confirmed to be an infrastructure outage at our carrier's third-party data centre. The following services are currently impacted with degraded performance: SMS API Messages API (SMS channel) Verify (SMS channel) Verify V2 (SMS channel) We have applied initial mitigations, including rerouting traffic for some affected regions. Messages that are currently queued will be delivered once full connectivity is restored. We are actively working with our third-party provider to restore full service as quickly as possible. We will continue to provide further updates within 60 minutes, and once full service is restored. Thank you for your patience and understanding.     We continue to monitor the ongoing service interruption reported by our third-party provider, which has impacted your SMS API, Messages API (SMS channel), Verify (SMS channel), and Verify V2 (SMS channel). An incident at one of our provider’s data centre caused a loss of connectivity to all partner-hosted infrastructure at that site. This triggered an incident with broad impact across SMS-dependent services globally. We remain closely engaged with our third-party provider as they work toward full resolution. As a result of mitigations applied, we are seeing partial recovery for newly submitted messages across a number of affected regions. Some customers may continue to experience impact while our mitigation work is ongoing. The next update will be provided after 8 hours.
