We have identified an increase in provisioning errors affecting Blue and Yellow Profile SIMs. As a result, some SIMs may fail to Enable and remain stuck in the “Enabling” state. As a precaution, we recommend that customers avoid disabling Blue/Yellow Profile SIMs until further notice. SIMs that are already enabled and in session are not affected.
