We are moving the Silverfort cloud services for the EU region to a new, more resilient platform. For most of the maintenance window, nothing changes. At the moment of the switch, Silverfort components that keep a persistent connection to our cloud (desktop and server agents, and the Silverfort app) may disconnect and reconnect once, automatically, within seconds. Authentication and MFA requests continue to be served, and a request in flight at that moment may take a few extra seconds. No service addresses, IP addresses, or certificates will change, and no action is required on your side.
