Important Change: DDU Shipments to Germany No Longer Accepted
Ongoing since 09:57 PM UTC, affecting Carrier Integrations.
Effective October 23, 2026, German customs authorities no longer accept DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) imports. GlobalPost and GAP DDU services can no longer be used for shipments to Germany, and labels created with these services will return an error. GlobalPost Plus and GlobalPost Plus (Duties and Taxes included) remain available for Germany.
