Resolved after 4 hours 49 minutes, affecting ShippyPro CDN (Label retrieval), on October 22, 2026.
The PDF label retrieval issue involved all the PDF labels and related API calls, including SHIP and GetLabelURL calls. The fix introduced by our developers has resolved also these issues, in order to obtain the missing labels please re-elaborate the orders from platform or re-launch the SHIP call.

Poste Delivery Business PDF labels are being generated successfully but it is not possible to retrieve/ print them, as error "FPDF error: Unable to find pointer to xref table" gets returned - Our developers are working to restore the service, we apologise for the inconvenience.
