This is an update regarding the ongoing disruption to Hosted Microsoft Exchange Canada services. Impact Level: Performance Degraded A subset of our may currently be experiencing delays in email delivery, slow webmail (OWA) and ActiveSync performance, as well as possible intermittent connectivity issues. Current Progress: Our team is still investigating and working on identifying the cause of the issue. Next Update: We will continue to monitor the status of service incident and will provide our next update by 8:30pm EST.
