Our engineers have identified an issue with accessing SendGrid's Support Portal around 1:20pm PDT on April 8th. Some customers may have experienced issues with accessing the support UI, which inhibited the ability to access and create new support requests. Our engineers have implemented a fix, and monitored and confirmed the issue as being resolved. All services are now operating normally at this time.
