Starting around 07:30 AM PST on April 15th, 2026, our engineers began investigating an issue with users able to open support tickets. Customers are being redirected to a blank page when trying to open a support ticket, but chat options are still available. This does not impact mail send. We will provide another update in two hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
