   We are currently investigating reports of users being unable to access Atrieve. We will continue to provide regular updates as we make progress toward resolution.

   We are actively investigating reports of login difficulties and slow application performance affecting some Atrieve customers. At this time, all Atrieve hosting environments remain operational, and our investigation has not identified any issues within the Atrieve application or hosting infrastructure. Our teams are reviewing potential upstream network-related factors and continue to gather information from affected customers and service providers. We will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.

   We have received reports that login and performance issues have improved, and users are once again able to access Atrieve normally.
