    We are currently seeing performance slowness within the Service Desk Application, and our team is investigating this matter. This impacts actions such as navigating through the Incidents page and other areas of the app.

    The platform performance has greatly improved, and while that is the case, we are still seeing delays, at times, when navigating between pages. The engineering team found a high load on the database, which has been cleared for a couple of hours, and are now focusing efforts on the remaining delay issues.
