We are currently investigating issues with SMTP in our OTC datacentre

We have identified the issue is with the Opentelekom Cloud SMTP service. We are waiting for a response from support. As a workaround you can still download your scan jobs from the web UI.

SMTP service appears to be restored, our monitoring probes are now successful for the past 30 mins. We will continue to monitor the situation
