Update timeline

  1. investigating Sep 04, 2026, 11:36 AM UTC

We are investigating alerts that we have received, and Scanning in DE Data Center may have a partial outage. We will keep you informed as soon as we know more. Updates will follow on this channel.

  2. identified Sep 04, 2026, 11:50 AM UTC

We identified the issue with Scanning in DE Data Center. Emails are being sent successfully but are not being delivered. This is due to an issue with the Secure Mail Gateway service in the datacenter. We have contacted the service provider to resolve it. Workaround: scan jobs can be downloaded from the SAFEQ Cloud web UI.

  3. monitoring Sep 04, 2026, 12:08 PM UTC

Emails are being sent successfully but not delivered. This is due to an ongoing Microsoft Exchange email delivery issue (Microsoft-tracked incident EX1464935), which has not yet been resolved. Delivery to other email providers is unaffected, and some regional Microsoft Exchange environments may still be working. Workaround: scan jobs can be downloaded from the SAFEQ Cloud web UI.
