Due to a worldwide cPanel exploit, some of our data centers are blocking ports affecting our API at the network layer. We expect this to be resolved shortly. With that said, we are completely protected and unaffected by the cPanel exploit as these services are not exposed on our platform. The incident affecting Rocket.net API and UI services has been fully resolved. A security-related issue involving a cPanel vulnerability impacted certain network-layer services due to precautionary blocking measures across some data centers. Our vendor, Leaseweb, has replaced the failing switch and things should be normalizing now. We will provide a full RCA once Leaseweb makes it available. We are also prioritizing moving these servers into our own data centers to avoid such unacceptable resolution times in the future.

Unfortunately, our datacenter had a hardware issue that affected a single node. The good news is that they were able to do a full chassis swap and replace everything but our disks in the server, and everything is back online. We sincerely apologize for not posting this status page earlier. We were just hyper-focused on getting this node back online and were on a bridge with Leaseweb.com until 2 AM Eastern. After replacing the hardware, they had an issue with their iDRAC system for the networking, but its all been resolved and everything is back online. This only affected ONE server that has been online since January 20, 2025, and again, the issue has been resolved.
