We are seeing a connection issue affecting customers hosted on Microsoft Azure: logging into the platform is currently impossible. Our engineering team is working with Azure support to identify the root cause and restore service as quickly as possible. Impact: Users cannot sign in or access the application. Next update: within 30 minutes or sooner if more information becomes available.

**Incident Date:** May 2nd and 3rd, 2025 **Time of Incident:** 12:20, 13:55, 15:20 and 19:36 on the 2nd, 08:36 on the 3rd \(all UTC\+2\) **Duration:** Multiple service interruptions throughout the afternoon **Impact:** Service interruptions impacting availability of the web infrastructure **Environment:** Azure On May 2nd and 3rd, 2025, our web infrastructure experienced five service interruptions due to unexpected heavy traffic and insufficient scaling configuration. The issue resulted in service degradation and temporary outages during critical times of the afternoon. Immediate corrective actions were taken to restore service, and further improvements were implemented to prevent recurrence. Users were unable to access or experienced degraded performance on the affected services at the following times: 12:20, 13:55, 15:20 and 19:36 on the 2nd, 08:36 on the 3rd \(all UTC\+2\). To prevent similar incidents in the future, we have implemented additional monitoring and alerting for early detection of traffic anomalies and resource saturation.
