Our Engineering team is currently investigating an issue affecting the Pull Forward functionality within encounters. We are actively working to identify the root cause and will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Additional issues have been identified and all appear to be related to an update released last night. In addition to the issue with the View Test History/Pull Forward feature there is also a problem related to adding new finding in a test field. If that field already contains findings and additional findings are being added the original finding are being removed.

Our Engineering team has identified the root cause of this issue and has prepared a fix that will be deployed during a scheduled maintenance window tonight. Because the update requires system downtime, we have chosen to perform the deployment after hours to minimize disruption to users and ensure the least amount of interruption to normal operations. We appreciate your patience.
