We are currently experiencing an issue with the SAP BO Reporter. Users attempting to launch reports are encountering the following error: "No business layer sent back from server" This issue is affecting ALM universes only. LLM universes remain unaffected. The problem is isolated to the Production environment; UAT is functioning normally. Our internal teams are investigating the root cause. We will update this page as soon as more information becomes available. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
