    Current Status: We investigated an issue impacting access to the Reporter application within FlexNet Operations ALM due to an underlying database server problem. Our team is actively working with our vendor to restore the affected database. What’s Happening: The database supporting our reporting service experienced an unexpected failure. A repair process is underway to restore full functionality. Because of the database’s large size, recovery is taking longer than usual, but progress remains steady at approximately 10% per hour. Thank you for your patience as we work to fully restore service.
