   We are currently experiencing issues with DAO's services. This may cause delays or errors when creating shipments, generating labels, and updating tracking information in Returnflows. We are in contact with DAO and are working to clarify the extent of the problems. We are continuously monitoring the situation and will share further updates as soon as we have more information.    DAO has confirmed that critical security vulnerabilities in PHP, which can be exploited remotely, were made public today. As a precaution, DAO has temporarily shut down their API while they update the affected systems. While DAO’s API is offline, Returnflows cannot create DAO shipments, generate DAO labels, or receive tracking updates from DAO. Returns using other carriers are not affected. Once DAO’s API is available again, we will make sure any pending actions are processed.

   DAO has completed their maintenance and their API is available again. Shipments, label generation and tracking updates for DAO are working normally in Returnflows. All DAO labels affected during the outage have been regenerated, so no action is needed from you or your customers. Tracking information that was delayed during the outage should now update as usual. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
