A fix has been implemented to address the site performance issues. We will continue to monitor the performance of the site to ensure it is performing as expected. If users are still experiencing issues with slow loading within the Rethink platform. Please have them try clearing the cache and cookies on their browser for all time or using an incognito browser window to ensure the backend communication with the site has been refreshed.
