Some accounts are reporting that their users are having trouble logging in via the Mobile App. We are investigating this issue and are working on resolving it as quickly as possible.

This issue appears to be isolated to the small number of accounts who initially reported it. We are in communication with them. Some users have reported resolving the issue by changing their connection type. Either from Wi-Fi to cellular service or from cellular service to Wi-Fi. When changing connection types, please be sure to close out the app first. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app may resolve this issue as well. If you are experiencing issues logging in to the mobile app after completing the steps above, please create a ticket with our Support Team at https://www.rethinkbehavioralhealth.com/support/ please provide the following information in the ticket: - Email address to the user(s) experiencing the login issue - Device Type they are using (iOS, Android, Kindle) - The Operating System version on the device
