We have received reports of site slowness from some users. Our Development Team is investigating this issue and is working on resolving it as quickly as possible.

In order to resolve the site performance issues we will need to move the Rethink Platform to Maintenance Mode for up to 10 minutes starting at 12:25pm ET. During the impacted time period of 12:25 to 12:35pm ET the Rethink Site, Mobile App and API may not be accessible. If you are already logged into the Mobile App during this time, please avoid syncing any Data or Session Notes.
