   Microsoft confirmed having an issue in EX1331830 that Exchange Online users may experience significant delays or failures when sending and receiving email messages in Exchange Online, with some messages remaining undelivered for over an hour. Impact was mainly for North America and Germany. Microsoft is working on the issue. This situation is currently out of Retarus Infrastructure and we are trying to have emails delivered as soon as possible.

   All emails that were queued have been reprocessed. Error doesn't show in our logs anymore, we consider this incident resolved. Again this was a Microsoft incident, if you are customer from Microsoft Exchange Online please check incident EX1331830 with them.
