At this time we are investigating an impairment for some customers with the Max UC Chat Service. Calls will still process as normal through Max UC. Chat and presence only affected.

At this time the Chat Service on Max UC has has been restored. We will continue to monitor for further impairment. If you are still experiencing issues, please log out and log back into MaxUC.
