**Incident Summary:** Certain admin frontend pages were inaccessible to merchants attempting to edit, create, or modify specific Rebuy features. This disruption impacted the ability of merchants to manage their accounts effectively. However, there was no impact to on-site functionality so all existing features were working as intended. **Root Cause:** The issue was caused by a manual IP address mapping between the Admin.nextjs service and the RebuyEngine monolith service, which was initially implemented for a past requirement. As cloud services have since evolved, this workaround was no longer necessary and caused the issue during a routine event. After removing the manual IP mapping, the services returned to normal operation. **Resolution:** The manual IP address mappings were removed, and services resumed normal functionality. **Preventive Measures:** To prevent this incident from recurring, we have thoroughly reviewed and scrubbed our codebase, ensuring that there are no remaining instances of manual IP address mappings in other parts of the system.
