  1. investigating Aug 12, 2025, 04:28 PM UTC

We're actively investigating reports of intermittent link redirect failures. Initial testing shows all links redirecting correctly from multiple locations and VPNs. Service monitoring indicates normal operation with no interruptions detected. Click tracking data remains consistent with August averages.

  2. identified Aug 13, 2025, 02:04 PM UTC

We've identified that the issue is primarily affecting customers using AT&T network connections. Our team is now in contact with AT&T to resolve the network connectivity issue. Larger ISPs (T-Mobile, Xfinity, etc.) are unaffected, but smaller ISPs may run into similar issues.

  3. resolved Aug 15, 2025, 05:50 PM UTC

AT&T has resolved the network connectivity issue. The problem was caused by a malicious URL redirector pointing to an AT&T phishing site hosted on a specific IP address, which triggered AT&T's security systems to block traffic to some Rebrandly domains. All branded links are now functioning normally for AT&T customers.
