  1. investigating Nov 18, 2025, 01:25 PM UTC

We are currently experiencing intermittent 500 errors in our short link redirection services, specifically for generic domains such as rebrand.ly and rb.gy. Root Cause: This issue is due to widespread, intermittent 500 errors originating from the Cloudflare Global Network. While Cloudflare is actively working to resolve its network issues, this upstream instability is causing degraded performance and occasional failures in our link redirection processing. Impact: Users may experience slower redirection times for links using our generic domains (rebrand.ly, rb.gy). A small percentage of links may temporarily fail to redirect, returning a 500 Internal Server Error. We are actively monitoring the situation and tracking updates from the Cloudflare team. We appreciate your patience as we await a stable resolution from our upstream provider.
