Some customers may be experiencing slower speeds or intermittent connectivity in the Raglan and Kawhia areas. Many of our sites are without power and we are working to get generators out to sites that still have customers online. Our team is investigating the issue and will provide updates as we work to resolve it.

Power is still out and Wel networks have advised us the estimated time to restore is 3PM this afternoon. All of our main sites are up and running at full capacity with generators and batteries onsite. Our team is working hard around the network to ensure reliable connectivity for everyone with power.

Power has been restored to the majority of the Raglan/Kawhia area. If you have power but no internet, please power cycle the dish and router onsite and if issues persist, please call us on 0800 100 714. There has been no major impact observed on the PureLink network as a result of this power outage.
