Here are some supplementary details : Start time : 23/03/2026 09:11 UTC End time : 23/03/2026 11:26 UTC Impacted Service(s) : IAM authentication is currently not functionnal on Graylog / OSD / API Customers Impact : Some customers may have experienced difficulties accessing logs via Graylog/OSD/API. Root Cause : A service disruption occurred due to an unexpected infrastructure failure. We thank you for your understanding and patience throughout this incident.
