We would like to inform you that an incident occurred affecting our File Storage offering in the SBG5 region. This incident has now been resolved. Please find the details of this incident below : Start time : 14/10/2026 01:02 UTC End time : 14/10/2026 08:39 UTC Impacted Service(s) : Creation of new File Storage shares was temporarily unavailable in the SBG5 region. Customers Impact : Customers were temporarily unable to provision new File Storage shares, as newly created shares ended up in error status. Root Cause : This incident was caused by a software issue.
