The incident has been fully resolved. The Prepr UI, APIs, webhooks are operating normally. The outage was caused by an unexpected side effect following a planned migration of part of our network infrastructure. This resulted in connectivity issues that impacted the availability of the platform. The migration has been stabilized, and corrective measures have been implemented to prevent recurrence. We are continuing to monitor the environment closely. We sincerely apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience and understanding.
