We're investigating an issue where options trade messages aren't being delivered over our WebSocket channels. Other options data and our REST endpoints aren't affected. We're on it and will share an update shortly.

We are investigating degraded performance on the real-time Options WebSocket feed. Connections authenticate normally, but subscriptions are taking significantly longer than usual to activate (currently around 2-3 minutes instead of seconds), and some connections are being dropped before data begins streaming. Once a subscription activates, data is delivered in real time. Options REST endpoints and the 15-minute delayed Options WebSocket feed are unaffected. Clients with short connection or subscription timeouts may fail to receive data and should allow extra time or retry.
