  4. identified Apr 14, 2026, 12:31 PM UTC

Update: Workaround for PingID App Verification Issue Identity: We have identified that the current verification failure is specifically impacting Verify Transactions when document images are collected directly via the PingID app. Workaround: To bypass this issue, users should use a web browser to collect and submit document images instead of the mobile app. Action Required: If your current user flow instructs individuals to use the PingID app for document capture, please advise them to switch to a supported web browser to complete the process.
