Anthropic is experiencing degraded performance. This may affect AI-powered features in Pieces. What you may experience: • Pieces Conversational Search responses may fail or time out when using affected models • Single-click summaries and snippet enrichment may be unavailable Affected models: Claude 4.6 Opus, Claude 4.6 Sonnet, Claude 4.5 Haiku, and 3 other models What still works: • On-device (local) models are fully operational • All locally saved snippets, conversations, and data are unaffected Workaround: You can switch to OpenAI (GPT-5.4, etc.), Google Gemini (Gemini 3.1 Pro Preview, etc.), AWS Bedrock (Amazon Nova Pro, etc.) in your Pieces model settings. On-device (local) models also remain fully operational. We are monitoring the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
