Service Degraded - iOS App Clip — Identified

We're currently seeing degraded performance with verification flows that use the Persona iOS App Clip. Some iPhone users who scan a verification QR code or tap a verification link may see an "App Clip Unavailable" message and can't start their verification. Users who already have the Persona Wallet app installed or have recently used AppClip aren't affected. We have found the root cause and have pushed an App Clip update to address the issue. We are currently waiting for Apple to approve the request. In the meantime, users who see "App Clip Unavailable" can download the free Persona Wallet app from the App Store and then scan the QR code or tap the link again. Their verification will then open in the app.
