Between October 21 23:40 UTC and October 22 00:30 UTC customers with traffic routing through West coast ingress infrastructure may have noticed increase latencies downloading content from fileserver.withpersona.com. The issue has be traced to a network congestion issue in our network edge provider's infrastructure. The issue has been resolved at our vendor and we are monitoring systems.
