Persona Identities incident
Service Degraded - iOS App Clip — Investigating
Ongoing since 04:47 PM UTC.
We're currently seeing degraded performance with verification flows that use the Persona iOS App Clip. Some iPhone users who scan a verification QR code or tap a verification link may see an "App Clip Unavailable" message and can't start their verification. Users who already have the Persona Wallet app installed or have recently used AppClip aren't affected. Our team is actively investigating and we'll post an update soon.
