We detected an issue where Payment Links are not successfully delivered via SMS and it is intermittent. WhatsApp is working fine. The team is currently investigating and will update the status accordingly.

Our investigation is still ongoing. SMS delivery remains intermittent and the issue is isolated to the Vodacom network. We continue to work with the provider and are actively monitoring the situation. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will continue to provide updates on this status page as more information becomes available.

SMS delivery is working fine except there is an isolated issue with Vodacom network only. Our provider is still working with their supplier for a fix. In general, Payment links are working fine. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact [email protected] or your account manager.
