    Ingenico has notified us of a rare issue affecting some Desk/2600 terminals, where the device may freeze or become unresponsive during operation. We are working to resolve this through an automated software update as quickly as possible. If your terminal encounters this issue, you can resolve it immediately by performing a manual hardware reset. Please follow the steps below: How to Reset Your Terminal 1. Locate the Yellow button and the Special Characters button on the keypad. 2. Press and hold both buttons simultaneously. 3.
