    We are currently seeing degraded performance on the Paydock platform, which is affecting payment processing and tokenisation. We're looking into this and will provide updates via this status page as we get more information.

    Performance metrics across the Paydock platform have now stabilised, and response times have returned to normal operating parameters. Our engineering teams are closely monitoring all alerting and system dashboards to ensure this stability is fully maintained before officially closing the incident. We are also validating that all transaction processing and dashboard navigation are performing as expected. We appreciate your patience during this period.     Our monitoring has alerted us to issues affecting Portal access, as well as payment processing. We're actively investigating this, and we'll provide updates to this page as soon as we have more information.

    We've identified the cause of the issue, and have restored access to the dashboard, as well as unblocked payment processing. There may still be issues with messaging services (notifications, audit logs), we are still working to restore all functionality.
