We're currently experiencing an issue affecting media results within Insights due to an unexpected outage with our data provider, LexisNexis. As a result, you may be unable to create or edit media streams at the moment. Our team is monitoring the situation closely and we're in regular contact with LexisNexis. While they haven't yet provided an estimated time for a resolution, we'll keep you updated as soon as we have more information. We're sorry for the disruption and really appreciate your patience while this is being resolved.

Great news—media monitoring within Insights is fully back up and running! Any missing data will be automatically backfilled over the coming days. While we don't have an exact timeline for when the backfill will be entirely complete just yet, we are continuing to monitor the system closely and will keep you posted if we have any further updates.
