We are currently aware of an issue affecting some customers who are unable to import Shopify orders at this time. Our developers are working urgently to investigate and resolve this issue. We will provide another update as soon as we have more information to share.

Shopify has confirmed they have heard about this problem from multiple fulfillment partners like Ordoro. Shopify is looking into it, and we are awaiting further instructions from them. We'll continue to post updates as they are available.
