There are issues with Pitney Bowes USPS shipping rates and label creation. Rates may show as TBD in Ordoro, and attempts to create labels may return an error. Pitney Bowes has reported a USPS service disruption affecting rate and shipment requests. Their team is working with USPS to resolve the issue.
