ON24 experienced a minor incident on May 6, 2026 affecting Audience: ON24 Audience Pages for Elite, Engagement Hub, Target, Forums, Go Live, lasting 4h 23m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

The ON24 platform experienced a brief issue with access to Audience and Preview URLs and temporarily blocking entry to events and other functionality. The greatest impact was seen between 2:40am and 3am Pacific time, however delays in Audience URL functionality spanned between 1:45am and 4:00am Pacific. The ON24 team has implemented changes to allow proper access and the issue was resolved. While URLs are currently available some Engagement tools may experience degraded functionality in some events. The team continues to monitor the stability of the ON24 Platform and will make updates as needed.

We are continuing to monitor stability of the Audience URLs, however issues appear to be resolved at this time. Anomalies with Engagement tool functionality is also back to full functionality.
