We are investigating an issue affecting key moment video clips from generating successfully. Customers may receive "an error has occurred" when attempting to generate these clips on the overview page of the event. Our teams are actively investigating the issue and working to restore normal functionality. We will provide another update as more information becomes available. NOTE: This only impacts customers with access to this feature. Any request that is not successful will automatically be regenerated. Not content will be lost.

Requests that were not successful are being automatically regenerated, and we expect this reprocessing to be complete by close of business tomorrow (Thursday, Sept 17, 2026).
