On November 3, 2026, between approximately 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM EST, some outgoing faxes were delayed. The cause was a temporary service disruption at our third-party fax provider. During this time, our system automatically held and retried the affected faxes. Once the provider's service was restored, all pending faxes were sent successfully. Faxes were delayed by up to about one hour. No faxes were lost and no action is needed from customers. We are reviewing this incident with our provider to reduce the impact of similar disruptions in the future. We apologize for the inconvenience.
