Resolved after 4 hours 32 minutes, affecting Worklist and Worklist and 1 more, on October 20, 2025.
We are currently experiencing an issue where Worklist synchronization is not functioning due to an ongoing Twilio service outage. Users can still access and use the Worklist by performing a manual refresh as needed. The Document Viewer remains fully functional; however, the Report Lock feature is currently unavailable due to the Twilio outage. Our team is actively monitoring the situation, and normal functionality will resume once Twilio services are fully restored.
